How much does a move cost?
The price is determined individually. The route, the quantity of items, the floors, access to the elevator, and additional work such as the disassembly and assembly of furniture all have an impact on the pricing. Please describe these details in your inquiry.
What should I provide to receive a quote?
Provide the pickup and delivery location, preferred date and list of items. Add the floor, elevator access and parking space. For large furniture, dimensions and photos attached to the email will be helpful.
Do you provide transport outside of Warsaw?
Yes. We serve Warsaw and its surroundings and provide transport throughout Poland. Please provide both locations so that we can determine the route and method of delivery.
Is it possible to order the transport of a single piece of furniture by myself?
Yes, we also handle the transport of individual items. Please provide the dimensions of the furniture and indicate whether you need assistance with lifting, carrying, or dismantling.
Will you help set up and assemble the furniture?
Yes, the assembly and disassembly of furniture is part of our offer. Specify the furniture you want to have replaced in your request so that we can include this work in the scope of the order.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
We provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We confirm the availability of a specific date during the order placement process.
How are the transported items secured?
We select the security for the items being transported, and we secure the cargo in the car. Before placing the order, please report any particularly fragile items and discuss with us how to prepare them.
Do you empty out apartments and basements?
Yes. We deal with the emptying of apartments, basements and warehouses, as well as the removal of building materials and scrap. Describe what needs to be removed and what access to the premises you have.
